Mkataba wa Huduma unalenga kuimarisha kushiriki kwa wadau katika usimamizi bora wa mpango wa ubinafsishaji hapa Kenya. Hii inawezekana wakati wadau wanafahamu jukumu la Tume kwao na wajibu wanaofaa kutekeleza. Mkataba unaeleza viwango ambavyo wateja na wadau wengine wanaweza kutarajia kutoka kwa Tume ya Ubinafsishaji na yanafafanua jinsi ya kupata habari kutoka kwa Tume. Pia inaeleza jinsi wadau wanaweza kuwasilisha malalamishi yao kwa mujibu wa haki zao na kutoa maoni jinsi Tume inaweza kutoa huduma bora. |

WAJIBU WA TUME
|
Tume ya Ubinafsishaji imeundwa kama shirika chini ya Sheria ya Ubinafsishaji, 2005. Jukumu la Tume ni kuunda, kusimamia na kutekeleza Mpango wa Ubinafsishaji wa Kenya. Mpango huo unajumuisha orodha ya uwekezaji na mali zilizoidhinishwa kubinafsishwa chini ya Sheria ya Ubinafsishaji. |

Vile vile wageni watatarajiwa kuonyesha tepe za wageni zitakazopeanwa katika sehemu ya mapokezi ya wageni. |

UCHAMBUZI WA MKATABA

Mkataba huu unaweza kuchambuliwa. Mwanzoni hili litafanyika kila mwaka kwa usaidizi wa maoni na habari za wateja pamoja na utafiti huru na mashauriano na wateja. Kwa hivyo tunawahimiza wateja na wadau wetu wakiwemo wafanyikazi kutumia mbinu iliyopendekezwa kushiriki majadiliano yenye manufaa na Tume kuhusu viwango tunavyolenga kutimiza, na jinsi wateja wanaweza kuchangia kuviweka ili kutumia mfumo wa utoaji huduma na kuwapa Wakenya Mpango mwafaka wa Ubinafsishaji.
